Since 2004, within an expert-network, we support SMEs, managers and project managers to improve efficiency in project management. We work on steering, coordination and methods,project managers' skills as well as quality of team collaboration

Pragmatic, we provide tools and involve employees because we believe in collective intelligence and in "co-creation".
